In the chart of a country the sign Virgo rules the com­mon people, and you born under this sign are inclined to think of yourself as rather ordinary. Modest and shy, never the kind to blow your own horn, you consistently underestimate your importance to the world. Always re­member that without your common sense and hard work and your talent for handling details accurately, every operation in the business world would gradually come to a standstill, entangled in hopeless confusion

If such a situation ever did happen, you would thor­oughly enjoy stepping in to clean up the mess—not to prove how important you are (which wouldn't even occur to you) but because you like nothing better than to bring order out of confusion. One of your greatest joys is to tadde a really mixed-op situation that presents a challenge to your excellent mind and exceptional tal­ent for taking something apart and putting it back together better than it ever was before. All your senses are acute; you are the land who can listen to a symphony orchestra and hear each of the in­struments individually as well as the composition as a whole. Your sense of touch is well developed, too; in particular, you like comfortable shoes, because you are more aware than most of a binding instep or a blister-producing tight heel. HEALTH

You are somewhat likely to be rather sickly as a child (though not as much so as Capricorn) but when you have survived this stage you rarely have any major health problems. In fact, you may be one of those lucky people who never know a day's illness in your life be­yond a cold or some other such minor ailment.

In this respect your way of life is a great help. You like to live a rather simple, orderly, regular life, and this —as you probably know well, because of your interest in all matters connected with health—is the best kind for avoiding serious illness. You are naturally inclined to be thin, and you help this along, too, by attention to proper eating habits. If anything, you eat too little rather than too much, though your calm, even disposition keeps you from getting as frhin as the nervous types—Gemini, for instance—are inclined to be.

Overindulgence of any kind does not especially ap­peal to you, so you are spared the problems that this brings on. You have too much sense to "bum the candle at both ends," wearing out your strength and your health by constant activity.
