"I have already been cheated by one Vaastu person; I will never believe this again"

Case Details
My client, Mr. Ram, introduced me to Mr. Setu, and asked me to counsel him on Vaastu and astrology. I asked Mr. Setu to give me his horoscope details and visited his house and business premises. When I reviewed the Vaastu of his house it did not support his current situation either. Basically from all angles, he was losing financially and his health was deteriorating. Bankruptcy, loan venders creating issues, and other issues were affecting his image in the society. Mr. Setu was skeptical and already had a bad experience with a Vaastu consultant.
Prediction
After going through his horoscope details I told him that he was going thru "Sade Sati" phase and the past 4 years of his life were difficult, and he has this period continuing for another 3 and half years. I suggested that he should not start any new ventures or partnerships in his name during that time,as he runs a risk of further worsening his situation.

Three weeks later Mr. Setu met me and told me about a new business proposal that he was planning to start on his wife's name.
